When is the contract concluded?
The contract is concluded when you click the "Order with obligation to pay" button during checkout.
You will receive an order confirmation by email, but the contract is only finalized once you receive a shipping confirmation or the goods are delivered.
Are shipping costs included in the price?
No, shipping costs are calculated separately and shown clearly during checkout.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

What VAT rate applies to etchings?
Etchings are classified as original works of art and are taxed at a reduced VAT rate of 7% in accordance with §12 Abs. 2 Nr. 13 UStG (German tax law).
All other products are subject to the standard 19% VAT rate.
What payment methods are available?
You can choose from the following payment options:
- Bank Transfer (prepayment): Transfer the amount to the bank account provided in the order confirmation. Shipping takes place after payment is received.
- PayPal: Requires a PayPal account. Log in and confirm the payment.
- Klarna: Choose between Klarna Pay Later (invoice), Pay Now, or Slice It (financing). Klarna may perform a credit check. Terms are shown at checkout.
